WHAT TO EXPECT FROM YOUR TOASTMASTER
As your Toastmaster you can expect me to undertake the following duties, as is appropriate to the occasion and to your requirements and wishes. My role as your Toastmaster is to manage your event and to ensure that it runs in exactly the manner that you wish.
PRIOR TO YOUR WEDDING DAY:
It really will help if Michael Wall meets up with you prior to the big day. This way he can explain his services, offer advice and discuss your specific needs. This meeting will give you the confidence that your special day is in good hands and help alleviate any apprehension you may have.
It will also help you to tell him exactly how you want your special day to run. As your professional Toastmaster, you may consider him as your ultimate aide and personal assistant for your special day.

HELP WITH SPEECHES:
Composing and delivering those all important speeches can be of concern to many. He will be more than happy to advise you and help with speeches. He can give great tips on the appropriate content of a speech as well as how best to deliver that all important part of the day. Whatever your concerns are he will be more than happy to help.
ON THE DAY:
And on the day itself your Toastmaster will:
• Arrive at the venue prior to your guests to check all the arrangements on your behalf.
• Liaise with organisers, caterers, photographers etc.
• Greet and direct the host(s) and guests upon arrival.
• Arrange the receiving line and introduce guests.
• Announce meals.
• Announce and lead in the top table.
• Announce and lead in the Bride and Groom.
• Say grace.
• Announce speakers, toasts and other ceremonies as required.
• Ensure all relevant duties are included.
• Assist with the cutting of the cake.
